I respond quickly and work hard. I take my clients’ needs and time very seriously. I know you need to count on me, so I check emails and voice mails regularly and return calls quickly. I am sensitive to your schedule and don’t waste your time or keep you waiting.

Your information and choices are confidential. I work hard to earn your confidence. Whether you are downsizing or upsizing, I never share your private information with anyone regarding your family’s circumstances or goals.

Access to market information. I collect data and pay attention to sales trends and market performance -more than most other realtors. You have access to research and facts – rather than just opinions – about what’s really going on in your market.

I’m not pushy. And I prefer to be calm, cool, and collected. Real estate is a huge investment, and you need facts, not drama. My goal is to give you the information you need to make an informed decision about how to buy or sell a home. I’ll never act like I know what’s right for you or try to talk you into buying a house. It’s too big a decision, and only you can decide.

I am a full-time agent. There are some people who go into real estate as a hobby or as a way to earn a little extra income. I am not one of them. Real estate is my full-time career, and I am devoted to my work.

I am here after the sale if you need me. I help my clients after the deal is done with whatever they need to get settled. There is no time limit. If you move in and two years later you’re looking for the names of contractors or a pediatrician for your child, you can feel free to call me. I’ve lived here a long time and know lots of people and resources. I am happy to help.
